norris&steiner stands for two communication experts who provide specialised English training for professionals in Vienna, throughout Austria and abroad.

Susan Norris has been working as a trainer in the field of specialised English communication since 1986, including teaching English business communication at the Vienna University of Economics and the University of Linz, Austria. A graduate of German Studies (Warwick University, UK), she also holds a Masters Degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from Manchester University and a Diploma in Teaching English as a Foreign Language to Adults (TEFLA) from the Royal Society of Arts/University of Cambridge. Since 2008 Sue has been a lecturer at the Department for European Integration and Business Law of Donau-Universität Krems. She also worked as a teacher trainer for many years and has co-authored several English language learning books.

Andrea Steiner, a certified translator and qualified teacher of English and German (University of Graz, Austria), also holds a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics (Northeastern Illinois University, Chicago, USA). In addition, she has completed the Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (international house, London/Vienna) and passed the European Commission Concours examination in the area of General Administration. Andrea has been working in specialised ENglish communication training since 1989, including teaching English business communication at the BFI University of Applied Sciences and the University of Economics in Vienna. Since 2008 she has been a lecturer on the Public Management programme of FH Campus Wien.

norris&steiner have been working together since 1991 providing specialised English training for professionals in business, politics and public administration. We also develop content for English e-learning programmes for these target groups and do translations in the relvant fields.
